May 23, 2017 · The Dregs was made as a group mid-level dungeon. If you're running it alone you should probably be somewhere between level 25-30, and even then you might have trouble with it. I'm 50th level with a steal battleax and my experience is the same as the OPs. Fought it till I was out of heals and weapons and gave up. #5.
