For at least the last few months I have had internet drop for a minute or two and then work fine for awhile. Sometimes it affects TV as well. It seems to happen at the top of every hour and at other times.

If it's a burial line, you could have a corroded connection out at the pedestal. Worst case scenario its the mainlines. Definitely need to get a competent tech out there.
