So, three days ago I went to dash, after just dashing the night before, and I was greeted with a message stating my account was deactivated. Naturally, I called support to inquire about this. They sent me an email to appeal it, also giving me no reason, stating that they do not have the authorization to tell me why.

The first appeal was denied and they provided no information on the cause or why it was denied. When I call support they’re saying they don’t even see any appeals and keep advising me to file appeals.
