Have a p0052 code o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1 .. I just replaced it. Pulled the battery terminals for about 10 min. When I started the jeep the engine light was still on , never went off.

You might get better responses over on the Liberty forum. This is the Grand Cherokee forum and the exhaust systems are somewhat different. My best guess is bank 2 is the passenger side and sensor 1 is in front of that converter.
