Another good one is the M1 Collector's Club, which is $14/year and you get a shitty laminate as club membership, but it counts, so what the hell. Fulfill a marksmanship requirement.

In my opinion, most wing nut fasteners look a bit cheesy to me anyway, so hard for me to say. I will bring it to the next couple of upcoming gun shows to get some opinions/clarity on this thing. I purchased a Universal M1 off of an auction last year. It must have been stored upside down in a basement. The first 10 inches of the barrel was rusted so bad nothing could be saved.
