The Maui Tropical Plantation is actually the locale's name, Elise :-). The "Mill House" name came from the history of the building. I wouldn't ever compare the Mill House style with Cafe O Lei. Jeff Scheer, the then-chef at Mill House, was very "cutting edge" style. Many loved it, many got tired of it.
