Once DS is used the killer is only stunned for about 2 seconds and the distance you get is non-existent. At this point DS is a bait perk and nothing more. It's okay to reset your deepwound if u run DH and OTR. DS isn't a perk that you want to use, because if it's useful you're using it to delay death, not prevent it.
