I literally cleared mine with a code scanner and it kept coming back over the course of a week, never stayed off for longer than 36 hours. If you've got the big red triangle, and you have the battery pack code being pulled with an OBDII scanner, and you hear the battery heat exhaust fan in the backseat going apeshit, then your battery is toast. 1.
