I am a new player and after some time, somehow, I got tricaru working. Replace slime with fire gargoyle and make it faster than all other units in team and it will be better. Almost 3mins youre faster with a normal team tbh replace slime with a determination fire gargoyle he just needs to be faster then everyone else cause he doesnt teamup ...0 skillups, midgame-ish runes. Let's test it out!Runes are still really shitty. Tricaru under 170 spd, barely at 30% accuracy for 2, 15% for one. Verd still only hitting around 2.8k per hit. When it does fail the reason is more about missing def break and not enough damage, like most of the problems in a failing regular tricaru Verde team, rather than the 1* being the issue.I also didn't think the rune requirement was that high where it required "good" runes, but that could also just be an amount of playing/farming issue that I have already no-lifed through. Either way I didn't mean to imply that tricaru was bad, just that skilling them up might not be the best use of materials.I use Tricaru for DB12, NB12 and PC10 and I use the Tatu dot team for SF10 and GB12. Pretty nice only needing a handful of units for all dungeons and they have specialized runes so didn't even have to use useful runes for most of it. Ever since the introduction of B12s, using non-tricaru teams has been very difficult for the average player. There are some teams that are fast and consistent, but are far from free to play (ex: Zerath/Belial) or require extremely high quality runes you see from end-game players capable of killing the boss in a couple turns.I'm wondering what people think about using Tricaru as an Arena Offense team/what kind of 4th mons people are or have used in that regard. I've tried Tricaru Verde in Arena, but that felt pretty weak. Verde just needs 100% CR and enough HP to stay alive. As your runes improve, you can upgrade Verd to more of a damage dealer - but for your first team, it's not required.
